About Me

Short Personal Description:

I am the proud father of four amazing children that are all part of the Rocky feeder. I have been married since 1996 to my beautiful wife Renee. I grew up in San Diego and moved out to Fort Collins in 1998. I am extremely honored and humbled to be the Principal of this amazing school.

Educational and Professional Background:

I graduated from UCLA in 1995 with a B.A. in Sociology

I completed my Doctorate in Educational Leadership through the University of Wyoming in the Spring of 2016.

I have worked in the Poudre School District since 1998 as a Teacher, Coach, Assistant Principal, and now Principal.

I have been working in education since 1996, all at the high school level.

What does the Lobo Way mean to me?:

The strength of the pack is the Lobo and the strength of the Lobo is the pack. We are all in this together. We need to all support each other, treat each other well, and function as a family. Doing my own part to be the best I can be to support this school and everyone here is at the core of the Lobo Way.

Interest & Hobbies:

I enjoy all kinds of sports and spending time with my family.

Favorite Quote:

The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence plus character- that is the goal of true education. Martin Luther King Jr.
