About Me

Short Personal Description:

I have been so lucky to be at Rocky 10 years now (2019).  This is home to me and it was to my youngest son, Brenden.  He graduated from Rocky in 2018-19.  I have 2 older kids as well, both graduated from Greeley West, yes I live in Greeley and commute daily.  My oldest, Kristopher, graduated in 2014 and my daughter, Nikki, graduated in 2015.  Most people that know me know a few "stand out things" about me.  1--Dye hard Bronco Fan, 2--Sports Fanatic in general 3--Love kids!!  I'm a pretty laid back person.

Educational and Professional Background:

I have been in education in some form or another for 20 years.  I have 2 degrees.  1 in business management and the other is in elementary education.  I'm the type of person that I will do anything as long as I can be around KIDDOS.  I truly love my job and the kids.  I'm not finished with school yet.  I working on completing my RID Certification for sign language interpreting.  This is a nation wide certification that will allow me to interpret for any and all deaf/hard of hearing people anywhere....It's amazing.

Courses currently teaching at Rocky and previous courses taught at Rocky:

See me in the Health office or at most home athletic events...Love working them and supporting the Lobo's

What does the Lobo Way mean to me?:

LOBO WAY means...love, understanding, compassion, trust and support.  "The Strength is in the Pack" sums up Rocky Mountain High School and I'm so proud to see it every day in and out of school.

Interest & Hobbies:

I love wrestling and football.  I am a die-hard Bronco Fan.  I am fortunate enough to be able to combine my love of athletics and sign language to help students here at Rocky.   I love spending time with my family, when we all can slow down enough to be together that is.

Honors & Awards:

My biggest Honor to date was being given the opportunity to come back to Rocky.  I was given the honor of being "Honor Staff" in 2017.
