About Me

Short Personal Description: 

I grew up in Kansas City, MO. I am still a rabid Chiefs, Royals and Missouri Tigers fan. When I was 20 I moved out west and have lived in Wyoming, Montana and Colorado. After I finished my bacholer's degree I joined the Peace Corps. I served 3 years in Tunisia helping to create programs for children with disabilities. I moved to Colorado in 1995 and have been a teacher with Poudre School District since 1996. I love working at Rocky. we have a very inclusive culture.

Educational and Professional Background: 

Bachelor of Science: Special Education and Elementary Education from University of Montana-Billings

Masters of Science: Special Education Needs
