Mathematics

A lot of general math formulas on a chalkboard.

Most of the math classes use TI-84 Plus calculators. It is strongly recommended that students have home access to a graphing calculator.

Mathematics is a coherent and useful discipline used to develop problem-solving skills and apply knowledge. At Rocky Mountain High School, the mathematics department believes all students should have the opportunity and the support necessary to learn significant mathematics with depth and understanding.

It is recommended that students earn a grade of C or better in each math course before moving on to the next level of math.
