Rocky Mountain High School also won Chapter of Excellence (presented by Phoebe Hadfield). State Officer Hennie Wu did an incredible job of speaking and presenting on stage in front of 4,000 students and teachers, and Edward Rinehart was selected to be a state officer for next year!
