We left Rocky at 6:30 am on the white bus and didn't get back till 11:30 PM due to logistical delays throughout the day. The kids had to stick it out all day and held it together, I couldn't be more proud of them!

The Smash Finals were really exciting and special. Each student played a best of 5 series individually, and the winner is the best 2 out of 3 of those

Oliver began his series down 0-2, with the crowd significantly behind Grandview. He responded by going 3-0 next to win his series and start us off up 1-0!

Sam was up next against the 5th ranked player in all of Colorado. Sam gave him some great games but lost 0-3.

The pressure was on Maya to close it out and she played her best series. Dominating her opponent 3-0 and sealing the championship for us.

Maya also made history as the first female ever to win a CHSAA state title in eSports!

The Mario Kart finals began at 8 pm with our kids having been at the Arena since 8 am. Pueblo West gave us a really good series and our kids responded well by sweeping them 3-0 to win their championship! They didn't drop a single game all season.

We have one more Championship game left for the Splatoon team on Tuesday and they are going in as the #1 seed!

After that we will start a National tournament against State Winners from across the country with Scholarships for 1st and 2nd place starting in Mid-May.
