Educational and Professional Background: 

Graduated from Rocky Mountain High School and happy to be back!  Former track kid :)  

Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science/Health Promotion Management from Colorado State University.  Former Wellness Program Coordinator for the City of Fort Collins Employee Wellness Program.  Many years of experience in health and wellness coaching, wellness seminars, and personal training.   

Family:

Two amazing kids (15 and 11) and one fur kid (Maxwell Hudson the Goldendoodle).
