About Me
Short Personal Description:

I began my career in education in 1997 in Thompson School District.  I taught science and coached swimming at Loveland High School for 3 years.  I helped open Mountain View High School in 2000 and taught Biology and AP Biology there for another 9 years. I was a Dean at MVHS for a year and I feel extremely lucky to have been hired at Rocky as an Assistant Principal.  I started at Rocky in 2010 and have loved being a Lobo ever since!

I have 3 daughters and 4 step-daughters, so yes, my husband and I are raising SEVEN little girls!  The girls and their activities keep us busy, but we love having a big family and enjoy supporting them in all that they choose to do.

Educational and Professional Background:

Bachelors of Science - Biology  & Anatomy Neurobiology, Colorado State University

Masters of Art- Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, University of Denver

What does the Lobo Way mean to me?:

The Lobo Way is about strong moral values, integrity,  treating others with respect, being supportive, tolerant, and having an open mind.  The Lobo Way creates a community of people all doing their best everyday to be the best they can be.

Interest & Hobbies:

I love spending time with my family and friends.

I love the Broncos good or bad.

I love to swim, and I run sometimes (only because it's good, cheap exercise).

I love to ski and am slowly learning to play golf.

I enjoy reading a good book.

Netflix is my new favorite indulgence.

Favorite Quote:
