About Me
Short Personal Description:

I grew up in the suburbs of Denver and attended Colorado State University, studying chemistry, natural science, and education. After completing student teaching with Glenn Gainley at RMHS, I worked as a permanent substitute at Arvada High School before accepting a job as a science teacher at Fort Collins High School. I’m very excited to be reunited with my Lobo family and look forward to again collaborating with our talented staff. In addition to teaching, I enjoy running, yoga, biking to work, cheering for the Green Bay Packers, and supporting local music.

Educational and Professional Background:

B.S. Natural Science
B.S. Chemistry

Courses currently teaching at Rocky and previous courses taught at Rocky:

Current Courses: Chemistry, Earth Systems Science, and 21st Century Science

Previous Courses: Biology

What does the Lobo Way mean to me?:

The Lobo Way is not an abstract ideal or artificially implemented initiative; rather, it is the vibrant, tangible realization of values cultivated in and by our staff and students. We use the words compassion, integrity, perseverance, family, and others like these to describe the Lobo Way. We talk about doing the right thing, even when no one is looking. And then we do it. To me the, the Lobo Way cannot be defined by our words alone, but is defined instead by our actions. We are Rocky and we are LoboStrong.
